Information about the Club

Dukeries Motor Club is based in Nottinghamshire and meets twice a month, every second and fourth Thursday, at the Mansfield Rugby Union Club, Eakring Road, Mansfield. NG18 3EW

Dukeries Motor Club was formed in 1954 with the aim of "promoting, encouraging and organising motor sport". It is one of the regions leading motor clubs with an excellent reputation for organising events. In the past the club has organised up to six rallies each year, but our efforts nowadays are concentrated on two major forest special stage events; the Rainworth Skoda Dukeries Rally in June and the SA Gas Premier Rally in November, plus the Flying Fortress Stages, a single venue event at Grafton Underwood in March.

In addition to the organisation of these events, Dukeries members assist many other motor clubs with their events including with organisation of the Wales Rally GB, a round of the FIA World Rally Championship.

Many Dukeries club members are active competitors and their efforts over the years have meant that Dukeries Motor Club has won both the East Midlands Association (EMAMC) and the North East Midlands Association (ANEMMC) Club Championships on many occasions.
The club runs its own Rally Championship for club competitors with end of season trophies and cash prizes. (see Club Website for further details).
